Empanola campaign
Bon Temps Branding was developed as part of my senior capstone project, created specifically for a campaign for Empanola, a local New Orleans empanada shop. You can find my logo design for our agency here.
This campaign required numerous print-out designs such as event flyers, stickers, coupons, and guidebooks.
In order to have a successful pop-up event you need a flyer that is sleek and easy on the eyes. These were distributed around campus buildings to build anticipation and drive traffic when the day came. We sold out of empanadas which I think attests to my flyer… or maybe it’s just because the empanadas were free. Who’s to say!

Stickers & coupons
As we handed out empanadas, we made sure to give them an exclusive coupon for their next visit to Empanola. We also laid out stickers for anyone who wanted to show-off their love for the restaurant on their laptop or water bottle.



Using research and insights gathered by my Bon Temps team, I designed a clean and navigable social media guidebook. It presents marketing strategies, social media branding rules, and design principles in a way that’s digestible for Empanola’s current and future franchise owners.
